Taipei is a 24/7 city. There are always things going on here, lots of places for people who like to party.
There are a lot of nightclubs around the city with a wide range of prices. There are also some bars where you can sit, talk and have a beer or a glass of wine. In some places it’s not common to sit in a restaurant for a long and chat. You eat, and once you are finished you are expected to leave. There are a couple of restaurants around that turn into bars in the evening.
KTV’s are another party place here in Taipei, very Taiwanese. It’s basically booking a private room with a karaoke where you can sing, eat and drink with your friends.
