The NCCU clinic is conveniently located behind the Post Office, across the Main Gate of NCCU. It is managed by Taipei City – Ren Ai Hospital, and offers medical and counselling services to students, faculty and staff.
NCCU subsidizes 100 NTD of all medical bills, although you’ll need to present your student ID to avail of the discounted price. Note that this doesn’t apply to students who don’t have an ID with a chip in it.

AM Clinic Hours (closed on Tuesday): 9:00-11:30 AM
PM Clinic Hours (closed on Saturday): 2:00-4:30 PM
– Tuesday PM clinic hours are extended from 6:00-8:00 PM
– Physical examination and vaccinations are available during all operating hours.

Arranging and paying for a doctor’s appointment
- Get Ready: Bring your student ID and your NHI card or passport
- Registration: Take a number from the machine next to the registration counter. Fill out the registration form if this is your first visit.
- Medical Consultation: Request a number and wait for it to be called. When it shows up, you can go to your medical consultation.
- Payment: If needed, you’ll need to get a number. Present your student ID and Passport/NHI card at the payment counter.
- Pick up your medicine: Present your Prescription Order at the pharmacy counter.
- Done!
