Events in the I-House

WHO CAN RENT SPACE  FOR EVENTS AT THE I-HOUSE?


1.ONLY I-house resident students

2.ONLY NCCU Offices and Departments

HOW TO APPLY


1 For I- House residents:

a.Download the application form (HERE), fill out  and print the application.

b. Once getting the permission  from I-house  Advisor, referred above, I-House residents must apply to OIC (located at the 8th floor of Administration Building),  3 weeks prior the actual usage.

c.  Fees and Deposits: 2000 NT per event; Usage Fees: 1000 NT per event for the first floor open area; 500 NT per event for dining areas on second and fourth floors.

d.The approved applicant can pay directly at front desk. Cash deposit and usage fees can be paid at I-House front desk.

2. For NCCU Offices and Departments:

a. Download the application form (HERE) fill out and print the application.

b. Please refer to Ms.Cheng at OIC  for any questions regarding the I-House open area rental. (school ext. number: 62052).

c. Deposit: 2000 NT per event: Usage Fees: 1000 NT per event for first floor Lobby, audio-visual room and Lounge.

d. NCCU units must apply to OIC 2 weeks prior to actual usage.

e.The approved applicant can pay directly at front desk. Cash deposit and usage fees can be paid at I-House front desk.

Important note about events I- House Regulation
